How to Cancel Your Subscription

Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Important Information

All subscription management is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal. You can find the link to access this portal in any of the emails you've received from us.

Find Your Invoice Email

Locate any email sent to you from CalorizeIt. These emails are sent when you buy subscription.

The email subject typically includes "Congratulations! Your Calorize It Subscription is Active!".

Open the Customer Portal Link

In your email, look for text that says "log in to your customer portal:".

Click on this link to access your personal customer portal.

Sign In (If Required)

If prompted, verify your email address to access the portal.

Stripe may send a verification link to your email to confirm your identity.

Navigate to Subscription Management

Once in the portal, you'll see your active subscription(s).

Look for a section labeled "CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION".

Cancel Your Subscription

Click on the "Cancel subscription" button for your active subscription.

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Can't Find Your Invoice Email?

If you can't locate any invoice emails, please contact our support team at calorizeit.support@appfluo.com and we'll help you access your customer portal.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Calorize, your trusted partner in health and wellness. We aim to provide a valuable and effective calorie-tracking experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Subscription Refunds

We'll issue a refund for your initial subscription provided that you reach out to Support within 30 days of the charge date.

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription.
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the app, despite seeking support.

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Renewal payments for ongoing subscriptions (unless canceled before renewal).
  • Failure to cancel before a billing cycle ends.

To request a refund, please contact us at calorizeit.support@apeclix.com within 30 days of the initial purchase and before the end of the subscription. Include your account details, the date of the charge, and a brief explanation.

2. Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal, which was included in your subscription confirmation email. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

3. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website.
