All subscription management is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal. You can find the link to access this portal in any of the emails you've received from us.
Locate any email sent to you from CalorizeIt. These emails are sent when you buy subscription.
The email subject typically includes "Congratulations! Your Calorize It Subscription is Active!".
In your email, look for text that says "log in to your customer portal:".
Click on this link to access your personal customer portal.
If prompted, verify your email address to access the portal.
Stripe may send a verification link to your email to confirm your identity.
Once in the portal, you'll see your active subscription(s).
Look for a section labeled "CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION".
Click on the "Cancel subscription" button for your active subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
If you can't locate any invoice emails, please contact our support team at calorizeit.support@appfluo.com and we'll help you access your customer portal.
